A Message From Our CEO on COVID-19

We are certainly living in unprecedented times. While the purpose of this note is to inform you about the steps we are taking to ensure transactions continue to move forward smoothly and monitor market developments, I first would like to express my hope that you and your colleagues are staying safe and healthy. This is a moment when we all have to look out for each other, our families, and our friends.

From the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Tungstite has concentrated on ensuring the safety of our colleagues while at the same time maintaining business continuity and our exceptional levels of service to our clients.

Although we did not anticipate this specific emergency, our first-hand experience with SARS-CoV underlined for us the necessity of bolstering our telecommuting and mobile capacities. As a result, we are positioned to continue our operations uninterrupted.

First, we deeply sympathize with those whose family members or loved ones have been impacted by the Coronavirus. Below are the steps taken by Tungstite to address the situation so far:

·We are regularly communicating with our employees to ensure their safety and well-being.

·We have assembled a COVID-19 leadership task force to monitor the latest health reports, assess the current status of our employees and anticipate and prepare for potential business impacts.

·We are taking extra precautions in our offices to prevent the spread of germs among our employees.

·We have temporarily suspended air travel and are encouraging our employees to host virtual meetings over face-to-face interactions.

·Our leaders are actively assessing any developments with our employees in all offices daily – to ensure immediate and responsive actions to address anyone that is exhibiting symptoms of the coronavirus.

The next few months will be difficult for us all. If there is anything that we can do to help, please reach out to us, and we will do the best we can to be of assistance.
